5 Vegas Miami Robusto Cigar

5 Vegas Miami Robusto Cigar Review

5 Vegas Miami Robusto5 Vegas Miami cigars could be considered the “best of the best” when compared to the other 5 Vegas line extensions. Inspired by a small batch blend produced in Miami, this line features six enticing sizes, all of which are medium in body and produce rich, full flavors.

For years, a small batch blend of 5 Vegas has been manufactured in Miami and reserved for special events throughout the country. While the makers of 5 Vegas always dreamed of releasing the Miami to the public, there simply was not enough production to make their hopes a reality…until now. The original Miami blend has finally been replicated in one of Nicaragua’s most prominent factories under the direction of Don Pepin Garcia, enabling 5 Vegas to offer its full Miami line to aficionados worldwide.

All 5 Vegas Miami cigar sizes are neatly packaged in elegant, traditional cabinet boxes of 20. This blend’s medium body perfectly complements a complex mix of Central American fillers that are encapsulated by a Corojo wrapper. The result is a cigar with deep flavors that encompass notes of wood and leather with added nuances of spice, creating an incredible tasting smoke, which is complete with a moderate finish. There is no other cigar on the market like the 5 Vegas Miami.

The 5 Vegas Miami Robusto features an ultra-dark, Cuban-seed Corojo wrapper grown in Nicaragua with an aged blend of Cuban-seed, Nicaraguan-grown ligero long-fillers. The wrapper exhibited some veins along the side. Expertly balanced, the Miami offers a charismatic smoking experience loaded with hearty flavors. Expect a spicy opening, followed by a luxurious array of earthy, leathery flavors with pleasant notes of pepper through the nose.

The manufacturer categorizes the Miami line as full bodied but it is more on the medium body side. Not overpowering by any means, expect to be treated to toasty, nutty flavors. The cigar exudes lots of smoke, excellent draw and even burn. One thing I did notice is that this was a fast burning cigar as it took only 33 minutes to finish.

Overall, I don’t think you can go wrong with any 5 Vegas cigar. Not as full bodied as the Cask Strength II, it is a milder version that is just as enjoyable and at a great price point.
