When a cigar aficionado hears the name Camacho, they are immediately reminded of a rich aroma that can only be found in tobaccos grown at Ranchos Jamastran in Danli, Honduras. This region in Central America has ideal soil conditions and a climate that rivals the coveted Vuelta Abajo region of Cuba. It is at this factory in that you will find the famous Eiroa family. The Eiroa’s have been growing tobacco for generations, and got their start in Cuba. When Communism plagued the island, Don Julio Eiroa fled taking with him some of the greatest experience and knowledge the tobacco world has ever known. Don Julio and his son Christian now operate Rachos Jamastran together in Danli. The Eiroas took more than just their know how with them when they left Cuba; they also took the island”s most flavorful seed that was used at the El Corojo farm. This seed is now cultivated in Honduras by Julio and Christian and is the only truly authentic Crojo in the world. The tobacco that sprouts from this seed is rich and spicy with lots of muscle. Camacho Corojo is a connoisseurs cigar in that it is appreciated by enthusiasts who have over a decade in the hobby and a distinctive and experienced palate capable of differentiating all of the complexities of this cigar. Camacho Corojo is full-bodied and full-flavored. The annual production of Camacho Corojo is limited, making them difficult to come by at times. |

| Camacho is arguably one of the best boutique brands in the business. Their production is large enough to keep up with demand, but small enough to give each cigar the careful attention it deserves during the rolling process.
Best known for the Camacho Corojo, the Camacho brand dates back to 1962 when Simon Camacho released his first blend in Nicaragua. Now, more than 40 years later, all Camacho cigars are entirely handmade by the legendary father and son blending team, Christian and Julio Eiroa, in Danli Honduras. The Camacho Havana is the first blend released after Camacho moved its factories to Honduras. This particular batch, currently in our Aging Room, was produced in 1999 and is presented in a true connoisseur”s size, 5.5 x 42. With over 8 years of slow aging, these Coronas are nearly perfect and received a 93 rating by the Cigar.com tasting panel! Camacho Havana has not been in production for several years now and is considered a real find for all die hard Camacho fans. |

Camacho Triple Maduro |
Where to purchase |
| The Camacho Triple Maduro is the first cigar in history to utilize 100% maduro tobaccos in its blend.
From the wrapper to the filler and binder, the Camacho Triple Maduro consists entirely of fine maduro leaves. Maduro, which stems from the Spanish word for “ripe,” is a process by which the leaves from the higher more flavorful plant primings are fermented for long periods of time at high temperatures. This process draws out the sugars in the plant, thus turning the leaf a dark brown or sometimes even black color. The Camacho Triple Maduro is a prime example of the perfection of this art. The cigar itself is an exceptionally full flavored smoke that is both strong and complex. The core flavor on the palate is a damp earthiness, a flavor Jamastran tobacco is well known for, but the cigar also includes notes of black pepper and espresso. Rest assured, the Camacho Triple Maduro will not be a disappointment and is definitely a must try! |
