| The Partagas name is among the most famous and recognizable cigar names in the world. With a rich history more then 160 years old, the brand first got its start as a Cuban premium.
This famous brand originated in 1845, not long after Jaime Partagas sailed from Spain to Cuba. Yet the greatest chapters of Partagas history were written by two other men, Ramón Cifuentes and the son who was named after him. Whether working together or alone, it was those two great cigar masters who made Partagas the leading Cuban cigar. In 1961, two years after Fidel Castro had seized control of the Cuban government, Ramón Cifuentes was forced to flee the island. Seventeen years later, however, he succeeded in creating his Partagas cigars again, this time in the Dominican Republic, where the unmatched Cifuentes tradition of cigar making remains alive and well. Indeed, Ramón Cifuentes determined that he could begin producing his Partagas cigars again only after he had discovered, years after the Cuban embargo had begun, that the best wrapper leaves were being grown in Cameroon rather than Cuba. |

| The Partagas 160 commemorates the 160th Anniversary of the Cuban brand that was first introduced in mid 19th century Cuba. This cigars extremely rare mix of tobaccos makes it mild, smooth and very well rounded.
With the unprecedented success of the legendary Partagas 150, which debuted in 1995, the pressure was on General Cigar to outdo themselves yet once again. To create the Partagas 160, General went back to their stash of a rare of Cameroon wrapper that has been aging for close to three decades. This 27 year old wrapper is complimented by a mix of 10 year old filler tobaccos that rounds out a mild yet uniquely moderate flavor. The Partagas 160 is a highly refined cigar that is very smooth and subtle on the palate with a complex mix of sweet and cedary notes. Due to the limited availability of the aged Cameroon wrapper, a very small number of boxes have been made and when they are gone, they will be gone forever. Considered a fine aging cigar, the Partagas 160 is a true collectable. |

Partagas Serie ‘S’ |

|
Where to purchase |
||
| Partagas Serie “S” is another extension to the tremendous Partagas line that offers incredible complexities without overwhelming strength.
Partagas was founded in 1845 by Jaime Partagas, but only truely evolved after Ramon Cifuentes and his son successfully migrated the brand to the Dominican Republic in 1961, due to Fidel Castro”s rule. It was in the Dominican where Ramon Cifuentes realized the best wrapper was grown in Cameroon, Africa and not Cuba, thus successfully utilizing these leaves to recreate and improve the entire Partagas line in the Dominican Republic. Partagas Serie “S” is blended by using the same traditional methods Ramon Cifuentes practiced in Cuba. Since this entire line does not contain any parejo sizes, but only consists of cigars with tapered heads or feet, it was deemed “S” which symbolizes “shapes.” Partagas Serie “S” is medium-bodied, offering many competing complexities that keep the blend interesting, providing a long finish. Slighty robust with some sweet nuances in the aftertaste, Partagas Serie “S” is well-constructed, complex, smooth and a perfect addition to any aficionado”s collection. |

| The Partagas Spanish Rosado is medium bodied with a rich full flavor that derives from its unique San Agustin wrapper. This cigar is complex and well balanced.
From the legendary brand that originated in Cuba comes the Partagas Spanish Rosado. The Spanish Rosado name is derived from the wrapper that is grown exclusively for General Cigar in the San Agustin Valley in Honduras. “Spanish” refers to the country of Spain”s influence in Honduran history, while “Rosado” refers to the reddish hue found in each wrapper. The Partagas Spanish Rosado offers a unique taste that consumers have come to expect from Partagas. The Honduran-shade wrapper offers a rich, oily appearance with a consistent dark reddish-brown color. Because of the uniqueness of the soil, the wrapper provides a spicy taste with hints of cinnamon that burns white, leaving a beautiful ash. A Connecticut Broadleaf binder with a blend of Dominican, Honduran, and Mexican tobaccos combine to make this medium to full-bodied cigar a must-have for serious cigar enthusiasts. |
