The Sol Cubano Artisan line is a special blend that features a unique barber pole style Salomon cigar, which can only be rolled by the best torcedors in Nicaragua.

These rare Salomons are the treasured fruits of Esteli’s finest rollers and blenders. Each individual cigar is a work of art, a true masterpiece and testament to the excellence of the Sol Cubano line. Attractively tapered on both ends with an impressive 7.1 x 58 frame, the Sol Cubano Artisan is rolled with three flavorful wrappers: Connecticut, Habano and Broadleaf Maduro. These wrappers are combined with aged long-fillers that consist of long leaves grown in both Honduras and Nicaragua, blended harmoniously to create a medium-bodied cigar that has an exceptionally complex flavor.

Due to the tobacco used to roll the Sol Cubano Artisan, as well as the limited number of qualified rollers available, this cigar tends to be out of stock for extended periods of time. The Salomon size is extremely rare and mostly sought after for its superior craftsmanship and flavor, so pick some up while they are still available.

The Sol Cubano Series B is a value driven bundle line made at one of Nicaragua’s top factories.

Series B is a Nicaraguan Puro blend made with a combination of Cuban-seed Nicaraguan fillers, wrapped with a Nicaraguan binder which is then completed with a Nicaraguan colorado wrapper. Once lit, a creamy smooth smoke engulfs the palate offering light nuances of toast and coffee that disperse into a nice, clean finish.

Sol Cubano Series B is medium-bodied and a versatile smoke that appeals to all aficionados. Its natural wrapper is smooth, but the all-Nicaraguan filler provides ample flavor without the robust finish. While I promised the factory we would not disclose where this beauty is made on account of its extremely reasonable price tag, I can tell you that the factory is run by one of Esteli’s foremost premium cigar makers and the factory rolls multiple 90+ rated blends.
